Ted Cairns is a Paralegal licensed by the Law Society of Upper Canada, with over 38 years of experience in Real Estate and Legal Services.

Ted also has skill and practice in Investment Real Estate Sales and Purchases, as well as Commercial Property Development. He is a Commissioner for Oaths and Affidavits.

Kelly Johnson is a Licensed Paralegal that graduated on the Dean’s Honors List from Sir Sandford Fleming College in 2008.

She is a very beneficial and knowledgeable employee and has gained a vast amount of experience since joining our team. Kelly is a Commissioner for Oaths and Affidavits.

Amy Gilbert has an Honours Degree in Sociology, with a concentration in Criminology from Brock University, and received her Law Clerk Diploma in 2008 from Sir Sandford Fleming College. Amy remained on the Dean’s Honors List throughout her education at Fleming.

After fulfilling her Cooperative Placement hours with
The Paralegal Office, she became a Full Time Employee. Amy is a Commissioner for Oaths and Affidavits.

Phillomay Cairns studied at Marcus Garvey School in Jamaica, and has been the Book Keeper for The Paralegal Office and The Management Group for over 14 years.

Phillomay is a great asset as she administers all financial transactions and Bookkeeping for many Corporations, Investors and Landlords, while upholding a positive
reputation in the community.
